About Narcissistic Abuse Help

Narcissistic Abuse Help is a coaching platform and resource.   Though I am a trained and licensed therapist, the focus of this platform is to support people moving towards rebuilding their lives, confidence, and trust in self.  Coaching allows me to meet with people anywhere and do this critical work.

The videos and articles are a helpful resource but are not replacements for addressing any pertinent safety or legal issues that may require a higher level of support.  I recommend you seek any and all services that help you move through your healing. I would love to be a participant in your growth.

Financial Investment

All sessions are conducted via  Zoom. This allows me to me people wherever they are and for people to access support in the most convenient manner possible. Sessions are approximately 60 minutes and cost $225. Longer sessions are available by request. I do not work with insurance but I am able to accept debit cards, credit cards, and HSA cards.
